Project Description

Design and construction of a 10 storey apartment complex for the aged which incorporates undercroft car-parking, sole occupancy units and common facilities suitable to service the wider on site community.

Benefit to Client

Ensured a cost effective delivery of the project as a result of promoting performance based compliance solutions to satisfy client and NCC compliance requirements. Avoidance of costly delays due to BCA non-compliances and reducing the Statutory Approval and Certification timeframes.

Services Provided

BCA Compliance Assessment, Inspection and Reporting Services; and the Co-ordination and Facilitation of the Statutory Approvals and Certification processes relative to the project.
